Associate Contracts Manager

About the role
Review, draft, negotiate and track legal agreements for clinical trials. Collaborate with clinical operations and ensure project timelines are met.
What you’ll do
• Prepare and negotiate CDAs, CTAs, amendments, vendor contracts. • Lead interactions with North American and European study teams. • Coordinate contract execution and maintain contract files. • Resolve contractual issues with internal and external stakeholders. • Update study teams and sponsors on contract status.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent contract management experience. • 3 years experience in clinical research contract negotiation. • Experience with European institutions. • Work authorization in country of employment. • Preferred experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
