About the role
Provide executive leadership to the NGO, develop and implement strategic direction, lead fundraising and partnerships. Reduce reliance on Chair for executive leadership and improve organisational sustainability.
What you’ll do
• Guide development of strategic direction with Board. • Lead fundraising and income-development activity. • Lead and develop key strategic partnerships. • Provide senior leadership to staff team. • Provide strategic oversight of programme portfolio.
What you’ll bring
• Senior leadership experience in charity or related organisation. • Experience in fundraising, partnership development, budgeting. • Strong strategic and organisational thinking. • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. • Understanding of African contexts, ideally Nigeria.
