About the role
Lead investment deals from qualification to closing in niche B2B SaaS companies. Own deal outcomes and capital allocation as a principal.
What you’ll do
• Underwrite and recommend deals to Investment Committee. • Qualify opportunities and issue non-binding offers. • Lead deal process from LOI to closing. • Conduct commercial due diligence and financial modelling. • Negotiate terms with founders and advisors.
What you’ll bring
• 6+ years in transactions or strategy roles. • Experience in private equity, consulting, or M&A. • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills. • Live deal leadership and negotiation experience. • Fluent English and AI tool proficiency.
