About the role
Lead the field reimbursement management team to support patient access and reimbursement strategies for specialty pharmaceuticals. Serve as the subject matter expert on reimbursement and patient access for assigned products.
What you’ll do
• Lead development and execution of field reimbursement strategies. • Support education of healthcare providers on reimbursement processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pricing and contracting. • Develop relationships with payers, providers, and advocacy groups. • Ensure compliance with regulations and monitor key performance indicators.
What you’ll bring
• High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred. • Minimum 7 years pharma or biotech experience. • Minimum 5 years field reimbursement experience. • Experience with patient benefit verification and prior authorization. • Work authorization for United States required.
