About the role
Lead IVD and companion diagnostic programs from development planning through PMA submission. Drive integrated execution plans across multiple functions and present recommendations to executive leadership.
What you’ll do
• Lead IVD/CDx program execution through development and PMA submission. • Build and maintain integrated program plans with milestones. • Partner with functional leaders to define objectives and plans. • Anticipate risks and drive timely decisions. • Present program strategy and progress to executive leadership.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in life sciences or related field. • 10+ years in program management in molecular diagnostics or related field. • Experience leading CDx or IVD development programs. • Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority. • Work authorization for US required.
