About the role
Lead technical direction for health systems strengthening and HRH strategies at federal and state levels to improve health outcomes. Collaborate with government and partners to ensure sustainable access and quality of priority health services.
What you’ll do
• Provide technical leadership in health systems strengthening strategies. • Advise on governance, policy reform, and decentralized health management. • Lead HRH strategy formulation and workforce management. • Design transition plans for donor-supported programs. • Build relationships with government and development partners.
What you’ll bring
• Advanced degree in public health or related field. • 10+ years leadership and technical experience. • Experience with USAID reporting requirements. • Expertise in HRH strategic planning and HRIS management. • Ability to collaborate with government and international partners. • Willingness to travel frequently.
