About the role
Lead technical direction of health systems strengthening and HRH strategies with government and partners to improve health outcomes. Support sustainability and transition planning for health programs at multiple levels.
What you’ll do
• Provide technical leadership in health systems strengthening. • Advise on governance, policy reform, and health financing. • Lead HRH strategy formulation and workforce management. • Design transition roadmaps for donor-supported programs. • Engage stakeholders and provide technical assistance.
What you’ll bring
• Advanced degree in public health or related field. • 10+ years leadership and program management experience. • Expertise in HRH strategic planning and HRIS management. • Familiarity with Nigeria health systems and USAID reporting. • Ability to travel frequently and work under pressure.
