About the role
Lead Abby Care's privacy and AI governance programs, ensuring compliance and strategic growth in a fast-evolving environment. Partner with cross-functional teams to manage privacy, AI risk, and regulatory changes.
What you’ll do
• Own HIPAA and state privacy compliance programs. • Lead AI governance and risk management. • Manage BAA and vendor privacy agreements. • Advise Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams. • Present privacy and AI risk to Board.
What you’ll bring
• JD and active US bar membership. • 8+ years legal experience with privacy focus. • Deep knowledge of HIPAA and state privacy laws. • Experience building privacy and AI programs. • Authorization to work in the US.
