About the role
Lead trade marketing strategy and execution to drive growth and market penetration in Nigeria. Manage distributor relationships and ensure excellent in-store execution of trade initiatives.
What you’ll do
• Build and implement annual trade marketing plans. • Act as primary marketing counterpart for distributors. • Define and deploy merchandising and visibility guidelines. • Manage trade marketing budgets and track ROI. • Monitor market data and share insights with teams.
What you’ll bring
• University degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or equivalent. • Minimum 5 years trade marketing experience in FMCG. • Experience in multi-market or distributor-led environment preferred. • Fluent in English, written and spoken. • Proficient in MS Office, intermediate/advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
