About the role
The Associate Recruiter acts as a trusted advisor and candidate advocate to deliver top talent for client staffing needs. The role involves sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates while meeting weekly and monthly goals.
What you’ll do
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies. • Conduct complex internet searches and cold calls. • Build and maintain candidate networks. • Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates. • Maintain applicant tracking system data and reports.
