About the role
The Associate Solutions Architect bridges business and technical requirements to shape solution designs and support sales. Acts as a product expert and technical resource for SMB opportunities.
What you’ll do
• Support Account Executives as pre-sales technical resource. • Discover and document prospect technical requirements. • Develop solution and integration documentation. • Deliver tailored product demonstrations. • Respond to technical and implementation questions.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 1–3 years in tech-focused SaaS or digital marketing role. • Foundational understanding of APIs and JavaScript. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to lead client-facing technical conversations.
