About the role
Monitor cloud-based public safety product health on Microsoft Azure. Respond to alerts, troubleshoot, and escalate issues.
What you’ll do
• Monitor production systems on Azure using monitoring tools. • Acknowledge alerts and act per SOPs. • Perform first level troubleshooting and document findings. • Raise and track incidents, escalate with complete info. • Assist senior engineers during major incidents.
What you’ll bring
• 1 to 3 years in technical or application support. • Basic hands-on with Microsoft Azure and monitoring tools. • Knowledge of Windows or Linux systems and logs. • Basic scripting skills or willingness to learn. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. • Work authorization for India.
