About the role
Lead the technical direction and architecture of Jira and the Atlassian ecosystem. Design and implement complex automations, integrations, and workflows to support enterprise needs.
What you’ll do
• Define target architecture and technical roadmap for Atlassian tools. • Establish enterprise standards for workflows, permissions, and integrations. • Lead platform remediation and reduce technical debt. • Design solutions using Jira Automation, REST APIs, and Marketplace apps. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Jira administrators.
What you’ll bring
• 6-8 years leading Jira and Atlassian in large organizations. • Expertise in Jira Cloud, JSM workflows, permissions, and automation. • Experience with Forge, REST APIs, webhooks, and integrations. • Knowledge of ITIL-aligned JSM and ITSM solutions. • Work authorization for USA; no employment sponsorship.
