About the role

What you’ll do
• Design and develop secure, scalable APIs and business logic in Java. • Design database structures and optimize interactions. • Apply transaction and concurrency management. • Build applications handling retries and partial failures. • Implement authentication and application-security controls.
What you’ll bring
• Experience building production backend services in Java. • Knowledge of Spring Boot or equivalent framework. • Understanding of asynchronous architecture and caching. • Familiarity with Git, automated testing, containerisation. • Degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
