Build and operate backend services for Loft's mission lifecycle platform Oort. Design APIs and integrations to connect tooling and data across teams and systems.

• Build and operate backend features for mission lifecycle data. • Design and implement APIs and integrations. • Partner with stakeholders to understand mission and business processes. • Apply product mindset to reduce complexity. • Deliver reliable software solutions.
What you’ll bring
• Proficiency in Python for backend engineering. • Experience with Docker containerization and deployment. • Backend architecture and API design experience. • Hands-on space mission technology experience. • Fluency in English.
