About the role
Support AI training by developing backend features, debugging, optimizing performance, and ensuring secure coding. Create and review realistic programming problems and evaluation systems.
What you’ll do
• Develop and review backend features, APIs, and scalable services. • Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and code quality problems. • Refactor and optimize existing codebases. • Create challenging coding tasks and evaluation criteria. • Apply secure coding practices and conduct security reviews.
What you’ll bring
• Strong backend development experience with Python, Java, Rust, C++, TypeScript. • Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles. • Experience with debugging, testing, performance optimization, and code reviews. • Experience with cybersecurity, pentesting, or security audits is a plus. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
