About the role
Prepare and bake a variety of bread and pastries ensuring quality and hygiene standards. Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of baking ingredients and equipment.
What you’ll do
• Maintain high food hygiene and cleanliness. • Prepare and bake bread and pastries. • Measure and mix ingredients accurately. • Minimize wastage of ingredients and products. • Monitor baking times and quality.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Baker. • Practical experience in bread and pastry production. • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. • Ability to work independently. • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.
