About the role
Manage bakery operations to ensure profitability, compliance, and high-quality production. Coordinate production, people, costs, and regulatory requirements.
What you’ll do
• Enforce recipes, specifications, weights and shelf-life standards. • Maintain NAFDAC registration and food safety compliance. • Plan production against orders and forecasts. • Manage costs, margins and equipment maintenance. • Supervise staff and manage attendance and performance.
What you’ll bring
• Knowledge of baking and food safety regulations. • HND/B.Sc in related field. • 5–7 years bakery or food production experience. • At least 2 years in supervision or management. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
