About the role
The Bar Supervisor oversees daily bar operations ensuring efficient service, high-quality beverages, and excellent customer experience. They supervise staff and maintain standards for smooth bar team coordination.
What you’ll do
• Supervise and coordinate all bar staff and daily operations. • Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages. • Ensure timely and efficient service to customers. • Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering of supplies. • Train and support bar staff to improve performance.
What you’ll bring
• OND / HND / BSc in Hospitality or related field with 3-4 years experience. • Excellent knowledge of cocktail recipes and liquor types. • Ability to use bar equipment like shakers and blenders. • Strong customer service and welcoming atmosphere skills. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
