About the role
Support customers across digital channels and retail environment with product guidance and enquiry resolution. Deliver a professional and welcoming customer experience.
What you’ll do
• Manage enquiries via Instagram, WhatsApp, email, website chat. • Explain skincare and haircare product benefits and usage. • Support walk-in customers and process orders. • Resolve complaints and escalate technical concerns. • Maintain customer records and prepare weekly feedback reports.
What you’ll bring
• OND, HND or bachelor's in related field. • 4-5 years in customer service or digital support. • Experience with premium lifestyle or cosmetics brands. • Knowledge of skincare and haircare products. • Availability to work onsite in Lagos.
