About the role
Provide support to Dealer clients and the National Sales Team. Deliver best in class customer service and coordinate sales support activities.
What you’ll do
• Provide customer service to external clients and internal departments. • Assist sales team via phone or email. • Coordinate customer service activities daily. • Collaborate with Marketing and Distribution Centre. • Maintain knowledge of Sym-Tech products.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years customer service or relevant experience. • Fluently bilingual in French and English. • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills. • Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience an asset. • Work authorization for Canada.
