About the role
Support gastroenterology clinics by scheduling appointments and managing patient communications. Handle high call volume and maintain accurate patient records.
What you’ll do
• Handle 70 to 90 inbound and outbound calls daily. • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments. • Manage fax communications and documentation. • Provide language interpretation support when needed. • Send appointment reminders and billing payment reminders.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in medical administration or patient scheduling. • Comfortable with high-volume call environment. • Experience with eClinicalWorks and RingCentral preferred. • Strong English communication skills. • Work authorization for Venezuela.
