About the role
Support daily billing operations and ensure accuracy across subscription lifecycles. Deliver excellent service to internal and external customers.
What you’ll do
• Act as primary contact for routine billing inquiries. • Manage and resolve Salesforce billing cases. • Execute end-to-end billing cycles for subscriptions. • Maintain accurate subscription records in Zuora and CRM. • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Accounting teams.
What you’ll bring
• 2–4 years billing or revenue operations experience. • Experience with Zuora and Salesforce. • Understanding of accounting and subscription billing. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Work authorization for Philippines and US Pacific/Central hours.
