About the role
Prepare, process, and reconcile customer billings per company policy. Assist in month-end close and resolve billing inquiries.
What you’ll do
• Ensure contract setup policies are followed for accurate invoices. • Create and manage customer orders in Financial System. • Analyze and interpret customer contracts. • Process new orders and service changes. • Adhere to Revenue Recognition Policy and apply Tax parameters.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years experience in similar role. • Business level English and Spanish. • Strong problem solving and data handling skills. • Professional communication with customers. • Proficient in Excel.
