About the role
Manage internal billing operations for a US-based behavioral health practice. Handle patient billing, accounts receivable, collections, and denial management with professionalism and compassion.
What you’ll do
• Manage internal billing and collection activities. • Oversee full billing lifecycle and claim management. • Serve as primary liaison with external billing vendors. • Contact patients regarding outstanding balances. • Monitor and report key revenue cycle metrics.
What you’ll bring
• 2-3 years medical billing and revenue cycle experience. • Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW). • Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding. • Experience with commercial insurance and Medicare part B. • Strong customer service and communication skills.
