What you’ll do
• Manage customer billing and invoicing. • Review contracts for accurate billing. • Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries. • Prepare monthly billing reports using Excel and AI tools. • Support special projects and annual audits.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years billing or related experience. • Strong Excel skills including PivotTables and VLOOKUP. • Ability to interpret contracts and manage complex billing. • Tech-savvy with multiple system navigation. • Work authorization for USA.
