About the role
Manage patient billing processes, ensure accurate service charges, process invoices, and facilitate timely payments. Ensure billing accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with hospital policies.
What you’ll do
• Prepare and process accurate bills and invoices. • Verify patient details and charges before billing. • Liaise with HMO officers for eligibility and tariffs. • Handle billing enquiries and payment concerns. • Reconcile billing transactions and report discrepancies.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or HND in relevant discipline. • 1-2 years experience in billing or finance. • Knowledge of hospital billing systems and HMO processes. • High integrity and confidentiality. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
