About the role
Manage patient billing processes, ensure accurate charges, process invoices, and facilitate payments. Maintain billing accuracy and compliance with hospital policies.
What you’ll do
• Reconcile billing transactions and report discrepancies. • Review bills to ensure accuracy and prevent errors. • Handle patient billing enquiries and complaints. • Prepare and process accurate bills and invoices. • Maintain confidentiality of patient and financial records.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or HND in relevant discipline. • 1–2 years experience in billing or finance. • Knowledge of medical billing procedures. • Good customer relationship management skills. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
