About the role
Manage and scale the global Digital Asset Management platform and Notion Brand Hub. Enable brand asset compliance, streamline workflows, and leverage data and AI for creative operations.
What you’ll do
• Own and scale global DAM system with taxonomy and access controls. • Maintain Notion Brand Hub with guidelines and templates. • Define standards for file naming and rights management. • Coordinate creative workflows from briefing to delivery. • Build partnerships and feedback loops across teams. • Track asset usage and report insights.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in Brand or Creative Operations or DAM. • Expertise in DAM systems and tools like Notion and Looker. • Understanding of creative production lifecycle. • Skilled in process design and operational discipline. • Data-informed strategic thinker. • Collaborative with service mindset.
