About the role
Identify business needs, gather and analyze requirements, document processes, and translate objectives into solutions. Engage stakeholders and collaborate with teams to align solutions with business goals.
What you’ll do
• Lead requirement gathering sessions and workshops. • Develop and maintain BRDs, FRSs, use cases, user stories. • Validate requirements with technical teams and stakeholders. • Perform gap and impact analysis for change requests. • Contribute to UAT planning and results validation.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related. • Professional certification preferred (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile). • Experience in FSI, Telecoms, or enterprise projects. • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and facilitation. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
