• Review food recipes and determine menu item costing. • Perform margin and pricing sensitivity analysis. • Analyze product performance by location. • Monitor competitor price lists and market trends. • Report on product performance daily, weekly, monthly.
What you’ll bring
• Good degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or Finance. • Minimum 5 years experience in similar role. • Competent in Microsoft Office and Excel. • Strong research, quantitative and analytical skills. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
