About the role
The Business Developer will build and maintain relationships with merchants, negotiate deals, and promote Flexi's financial products. They will identify client needs and collaborate internally to ensure excellent customer experience.
What you’ll do
• Build strong relationships with merchants and decision-makers. • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements. • Maintain long-term relationships with key merchants. • Present and demonstrate Flexi’s products and services. • Identify and target key merchants for loans and payment solutions.
What you’ll bring
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • OND, HND, or B.Sc. in relevant discipline. • Good knowledge of Kaduna market and business environment. • Target-driven with a passion for sales.
