About the role
Lead strategic business and market development initiatives to grow neuromodulation therapy adoption in Germany and Austria. Build relationships with key stakeholders and optimize clinical pathways.
What you’ll do
• Develop and implement national market and partner strategies. • Identify and realize new strategic growth opportunities. • Build and maintain relationships with senior key customers. • Optimize clinical care pathways linking clinical and commercial perspectives. • Collaborate cross-functionally without direct leadership responsibility.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor degree required, Master preferred. • 10+ years in business development, preferably medical technology. • Experience in strategic initiatives in regulated markets. • Strong analytical, strategic and entrepreneurial skills. • Fluent in German and English, valid German driving license.
