About the role
Manage inbound and outbound engagement to convert leads into insurance clients. Support growth by optimizing lead conversion and outreach strategies.
What you’ll do
• Engage and qualify inbound leads via calls, emails, texts. • Convert incomplete applications into completed policies. • Re-engage stalled or unresponsive leads. • Maintain CRM with detailed notes. • Collaborate with Advisor and Operations teams.
What you’ll bring
• Experience or interest in sales or client-facing roles. • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, finance or STEM. • Strong communication and adaptability. • Comfortable using CRM systems like HubSpot. • Work authorization for Canada.
