About the role
Drive patient engagement and sales for a U.S.-based medical aesthetics practice. Convert inquiries into appointments and close treatment package sales.
What you’ll do
• Follow up and convert inquiries into appointments. • Reactivate inactive leads and generate sales. • Answer calls and respond to patient inquiries. • Maintain CRM records and schedule appointments. • Send payment links and track sales performance.
What you’ll bring
• Proven sales experience with closing ability. • Strong English communication skills. • Experience with outbound calls and lead follow-up. • Willingness to submit NBI or Police Clearance. • Available Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 2 PM Pacific Time.
