What you’ll do
• Develop and maintain enterprise business process framework. • Lead process improvement initiatives and workshops. • Partner with leaders to redesign key operational processes. • Define KPIs and monitor process performance. • Identify opportunities for automation and digital enablement.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering. • 5+ years in business process management or improvement. • Experience in telecom or related industry preferred. • Proven track record of operational improvements. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
