About the role
Responsible for preparing, cutting, processing, packaging, and selling meat products while maintaining hygiene and safety standards. Ensures proper handling, storage, and display of meat products in a clean work environment.
What you’ll do
• Receive and inspect meat products for quality. • Cut, trim, debone, and prepare meat products. • Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards. • Operate butchery equipment safely. • Attend professionally to customer requests.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum SSCE or equivalent. • Experience in butchery or related environment preferred. • Knowledge of meat cuts and handling. • Ability to use knives and equipment safely. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
