About the role
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to provide information and resolve issues. Meet performance targets and escalate complex issues as needed.
What you’ll do
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints efficiently. • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. • Meet call handling and customer satisfaction targets. • Provide accurate product information. • Follow call scripts and escalate complex issues.
What you’ll bring
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • 1–2 years call center or customer service experience. • Fluency in Yoruba and Hausa languages. • OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree and NYSC completion/exemption. • Basic computer proficiency.
