About the role
The Caller / Scheduler manages a pipeline of real estate investment leads and sets appointments for Account Managers. The role supports sales growth by maintaining a robust sales pipeline and contributing to strategic initiatives.
What you’ll do
• Manage personal pipeline of origination leads. • Set calls between site owners and Account Managers. • Achieve monthly, quarterly, annual call setting targets. • Monitor origination waterfall activity. • Contribute to CRM and marketing initiatives.
What you’ll bring
• Prior call-center sales experience. • Familiarity with finance concepts IRR and NPV. • Some college or equivalent experience. • Must be located in the United States. • Experience in real estate or telecom is a plus.
