About the role
Manage billing, collections, accounts payable, and cash visibility for 80+ client accounts. Use AI tools to enhance finance operations and ensure timely payments.
What you’ll do
• Prepare and issue client invoices each cycle. • Reconcile hours and fees against contracts. • Manage collections execution end to end. • Maintain weekly cash forecast and reports. • Run accounts payable and pay creators in Ramp.
What you’ll bring
• 2–4 years in AR, AP, billing, or collections. • Experience with QuickBooks Online. • Strong skills in Google Sheets or Excel. • Fluent in written and spoken English. • Work authorization for Egypt, Brazil, Portugal, India or Spain.
