About the role
Support high-volume cash operations ensuring accuracy and timeliness of cash application, reconciliations, and reporting. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and maintain internal controls.
What you’ll do
• Perform daily cash postings across multiple bank accounts. • Monitor cash balances and identify discrepancies. • Support Treasury with cash position reporting. • Perform high-volume bank reconciliations. • Own cash-related journal entries and month-end close.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. • 3–5+ years accounting experience in cash or AR. • Experience with large transaction datasets. • Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite. • Work authorization for USA.
