About the role
The Category Manager develops and executes sourcing and category strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supply continuity. This role leads supplier management, contract negotiations, and cost forecasting across assigned spend categories.
What you’ll do
• Develop and execute category strategies for indirect spending and CAPEX. • Lead RFQs, RFPs, and supplier selection processes. • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service levels. • Drive cost reduction initiatives and supplier performance evaluations. • Develop budgets and provide market condition updates.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree preferred in related field. • 5+ years in Category Management or Strategic Sourcing. • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. • Manufacturing experience preferred. • Work authorization for United States.
