About the role
Provide clinical oversight and support for in-home ABA services remotely. Lead virtual family training and develop individualized behavior plans.
What you’ll do
• Deliver clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth. • Provide remote coaching and supervision to Behavior Technicians. • Develop and implement assent-based behavior plans. • Lead virtual family training sessions. • Maintain high-quality clinical services through supervision and data-driven decisions.
What you’ll bring
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential. • Experience in ABA therapy and clinical supervision. • Ability to work remotely and lead virtual sessions. • Strong clinical leadership and mentoring skills. • Commitment to assent-based care practices.
