About the role
Organize and coordinate production shift team for safe, efficient cement production. Optimize effectiveness and cost per tonne.
What you’ll do
• Operate equipment per best practices ensuring safety. • Control major process lines including startups and shutdowns. • Monitor plant processes for safety and equipment integrity. • Coordinate with fieldmen for smooth plant operation. • Lead safety meetings and emergency response coordination.
What you’ll bring
• Professional-level CCRO certification completed. • Knowledge of Vertical Roller Mill, Kiln, Finish Mill systems. • 2-3 years process industry experience or OND in Engineering. • 5-8 years experience in cement industry. • Good problem-solving and initiative skills.
