About the role
The Central Maintenance Manager oversees mechanical maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and safety compliance. This role leads strategic maintenance planning and continuous improvement to support plant performance.
What you’ll do
• Develop and manage maintenance strategies and schedules. • Lead and supervise maintenance teams. • Monitor maintenance KPIs and budget compliance. • Coordinate major maintenance shutdowns and projects. • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. • Minimum 10 years maintenance experience. • At least 5 years in supervisory or managerial role. • Strong leadership and project management skills. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
