About the role
Lead daily operations of laboratory, imaging and patient services ensuring safety, accuracy and timeliness. Grow patient volumes, revenue and reputation.
What you’ll do
• Lead scientists, technicians, radiology and support staff. • Grow referrals, corporate/HMO accounts and screening programmes. • Maintain quality systems and clinical governance. • Handle complaints and enforce data protection. • Manage revenue, costs and billing accuracy.
What you’ll bring
• Knowledge of lab and imaging operations and Nigerian healthcare regulation. • B.Sc/HND in Medical Laboratory Science or related field. • 5–7 years experience including 3 years in management. • Relevant professional registration in good standing. • Strong financial and people-management skills.
