About the role
Lead the end-to-end mission success of solid rocket propulsion system programs. Manage multidisciplinary teams and align technical execution with budget and schedule.
What you’ll do
• Lead cross-functional teams through design reviews and milestones. • Ensure system producibility and compliance with technical data. • Maintain focus on critical path and manage schedule performance. • Establish and maintain lean technical scope baselines. • Manage stakeholder relationships and present programmatic material.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in mechanical or aerospace engineering. • 15 years engineering experience, 5+ years leadership in solid rocket motors. • Able to lead technical lifecycle and manage resources. • Must obtain and maintain U.S. Security Clearance. • U.S. Citizenship required.
