About the role
The CFO leads financial governance across a multi-entity Group, ensuring accuracy and access to capital. Oversees financial reporting, treasury, taxation, audit, and capital structuring.
What you’ll do
• Certify financial statements and reports. • Establish financial controls and accountability. • Maintain cash position and forecasts. • Lead capital raising and financing efforts. • Engage with banks and regulators.
What you’ll bring
• Registered with Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria. • Member of ICAN or ANAN. • Knowledge of Nigerian taxation and transfer pricing. • Experience in treasury and currency risk management. • Experience with multi-entity IFRS consolidation.
