About the role
Serve as the CEO’s strategic partner and trusted extension of leadership. Align organizational priorities with the CEO’s agenda and represent the CEO internally.
What you’ll do
• Build strong partnership with CEO and Executive Leadership Team. • Translate CEO priorities into strategic outcomes. • Filter and escalate issues requiring CEO judgment. • Prepare CEO for board and public engagements. • Align Investment Committee focus with Foundation strategy.
