About the role
Lead and oversee the management, maintenance, and operational efficiency of the company's estates and property portfolio. Ensure alignment with business objectives and customer satisfaction goals.
What you’ll do
• Develop and implement estate management strategies and policies. • Oversee day-to-day estate operations and personnel coordination. • Supervise maintenance, landscaping, sanitation, security, and waste management. • Establish preventive maintenance programs to reduce costs. • Manage residents' complaints and ensure timely resolution.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Estate Management or related field. • Professional certification or registration with recognized body. • Minimum 15 years experience in estate or property management. • Experience in senior management of multiple estates or portfolios. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
